This folder has various files on the history of education and the schools of Kensington. For now I have stuck with the historical boundaries of Kensington as it was when it was a self-governing district between 1820-1854, as well as incorporating the 31st Ward. In the future, if I have time, when I have exhausted this geographic area, I will then load up the greater Kensington area (north of Lehigh Avenue and East of Frankford Avenue) information.
