A book release event is planned for my newest book "The Philadelphia Nativist Riots: Irish Kensington Erupts." Stayed tuned for posting of exact date and time and place.
When: June 20th, 2013, at 5:30 PM
Where: St. Michael's Church, 2nd & Jefferson Streets
Parking: On Hancock Street, behind church, cemetery gates will be open to enter to church.
Other: Light refreshments will be served at Gallagher Hall after talk. Talk is in upper sanctuary, Gallagher Hall is basement of church.
I have a talk on my Riots book planned in the fall with the Northeast History Network, details later. Also, will be speaking at Old York Road Genealogical Society in fall as well. Details later. May 2014, I will be giving a talk and book signing at the G.A.R. Museum in the Frankford section of Philadelphia. Stay tuned for details.

TV Appearances:
I was interveiwed by the Cable News show "The Richie Antipunta Show," a cable news show devoted to Kensington news & troubles. The show appears PhillyCAM Ch 66/966 Comcast and Fioz 29/30, 10 PM Thursdays, 12 AM Fridays. I will appear fhere and there as needs arise.
I will be appearing on "Pennsylvania Books" which airs on a PA Cable Network channel, filming in July, not sure when show will air.
